Additional Guests:
21-30 guests: Add $60 to the minimum spend
31-40 guests: Add $120 to the minimum spend
41-50 guests: Add $180 to the minimum spend
Additional Hours:
5 hours: Add $120 to the minimum spend
6 hours: Add $240 to the minimum spend

Space Rules.
We’re in an industrial-zoned building, so the space is more on the lax saide of things, so please read the rules carefully as we allow many things.
- No confetti. At all. It is extremely difficult to clean and can damage the space/equipment.
- No hard cut-off time. Late-night bookings are welcome as long as the space is respected.
- Vaping is allowed.Please keep it respectful and avoid blowing directly near equipment, backdrops, or furniture.
- Smoking is not officially promoted. While the building is flexible, any smoke, ash, odour, burns, or damage left behind will be the renter’s responsibility.
- Respect the studio. Leave the space in the same condition you found it.
- Bag all garbage. Please clean up after your booking and take excess garbage with you if needed.
- Keep guests inside the studio. No hanging out in hallways, entrances, or outside neighbouring units.
- Any damage is the renter’s responsibility. Broken, stained, or damaged items will be charged after the booking.
Have fun, but be smart. The space is flexible, but it still needs to be treated like a professional studio.
