Welcome to the Jamii Hub!
Located in Toronto’s St. Lawrence and Esplanade neighbourhood, the Jamii Hub is a flexible 1,870 sq. ft. event and creative space designed for bringing people together.
With an open-concept layout, exposed brick, original wood beams and ceilings, large windows and an arts-filled atmosphere, the Hub has plenty of character while giving you the flexibility to make the space your own.
Perfect for birthdays, baby and bridal showers, workshops, classes, corporate events, meetings, performances, rehearsals, photoshoots, filming, podcasts, markets, pop-ups, exhibitions, community gatherings, launches and more.

RENTING WITH US IS EASY
Flexible setup: Our open floor plan can be adapted for a variety of layouts and events.
Furniture & equipment: Chairs, tables, couches, patio furniture, TV, projector, sound equipment, microphones, lighting and staging are available.
WiFi included: Complimentary WiFi is available throughout your rental.
Food & catering: Outside food and catering are welcome.
On-site support: A Jamii staff member is present throughout every rental to assist with the space and answer questions.
Easy to get here: Easily accessible by TTC, with street parking and paid parking lots nearby.
GOOD TO KNOW
DJs, live music and dancing are welcome. Music must be kept at a reasonable level, cannot be audible outside the venue and must end by 12:00 AM.
Alcohol is permitted with the appropriate AGCO permit and Smart Serve requirements.
Event insurance is required for all rentals. Additional details will be provided during the booking process.
Rentals can run until 1:00 AM. Booking time must include setup, decorating, cleanup and load-out.

FAQ
Yes, you can. There are noise limitations as the venue is in a residential area, and all noise needs to be contained within this space.
Yes, the monitor is still usable, as is the projector.
Yes, you’ll need to bring a laptop.
The venue has four speakers, four microphones and a projector, although the projector is not great quality. A 70-inch flat-panel monitor is also available for connection, but it has recently been damaged and has a black shadow on the screen.
