About this space

There are two main areas. The ceremony room is light, with pastel pink and green tones, sparkly chairs, and a working organ as the centrepiece. Then you’ve got the lounge next door, which is darker with red velvet and a more low-lit feel. The contrast between the two works well if you want different moments in the same event.

Host rules

General:

- The booking time includes setup and cleanup. Please plan your load-in, event, and load-out within your booked hours.
- The space must be left in the same condition it was found. A cleaning fee may apply if extra cleanup is needed.
- Maximum capacity must be respected at all times. Please confirm your guest count in advance.
- Children are welcome but must be supervised at all times.
- Pets are allowed by prior arrangement only — please ask before booking.

Decor & Setup:

- No nails, screws, tacks, or anything that damages walls, floors, or furniture.
- No confetti, glitter, rice, sparklers, or open flames (battery candles are welcome).
- Existing decor and furniture cannot be removed from the space without permission.
- The Wurlitzer organ, VHS player, and styled vignettes are part of the space — please treat them gently and ask before using.

Food & Drink

- Outside food and drink are welcome. Catering and bar service can be arranged on request.
- Alcohol is permitted, but if you're serving to guests at a ticketed or public event, a Special Occasion Permit may be required (I can help walk you through this).
- Please clean up all food, drinks, and garbage before the end of your booking.

Conduct

- No smoking or vaping anywhere inside the space.
- No illegal substances on the premises.
- Music and noise must respect neighbouring tenants — please keep volume reasonable, especially after 11:30pm.
- Any damage to the space, furniture, or decor will be billed to the booking party.
