CONTXT by Trane is a compact club-style venue defined by an intimate, room-scale layout.
Design: The interior has plain white-painted walls, a low ceiling with recessed and track lighting, and a slate-coloured tiled floor. The room is arranged with mixed café-style tables and chairs and wall-mounted framed photographs, giving it an informal, utilitarian appearance.
Features: A PA system and wall-mounted speakers provide in-house sound reinforcement and a modest raised performance area sits at one end of the room. The space includes air conditioning and Wi‑Fi and retains an open floor area that functions as a standing or dance space. The venue permits own music or a hired DJ and offers step-free access and wheelchair accessibility.

The client must designate a professional day of coordinator who will be in contact with the VENUE as needed. Coordinator is required to stay until all vendors depart and check out form is completed with the venue facilities team.
The use of tape, wires, tacks, nails and glue to hang decorations is prohibited. All decorations must be placed and removed without leaving damage. Be kind and leave the property as you found it.
Placements of tables, tents, live music, catering equipment etc. must be approved by VENUE no later than ONE week before the event.
Alcohol may not be served to minors.
At any time, if the VENUE staff deems alcohol consumption to be excessive, the staff has the authority to close down all alcohol service and/or evict inebriated guests from the premises.
Children are not permitted to wander the grounds unsupervised by an adult.
No glitter, rice or confetti may be used on the ground indoors or outdoors. White rose petals are allowed outdoors for ceremony only and must be swept up.
No sparklers, open flames or candles of any kind are permitted. This includes cold sparklers.
Smoking or use of vapes of any kind is strictly prohibited on any area of the VENUE property, inside and outside.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
