The main room spans approximately 1,350 sq ft with large windows and great natural light, connected to a second, private 345 sq ft room that works perfectly as a buffet/catering setup, staff area, or changeroom. A full kitchen is attached, equipped with a fridge, electric range/oven, microwave, toaster oven, dishwasher, and coffee maker, making it ideal for catering prep or self-serve refreshments.

• No smoking in the building.
• Proof of event liability insurance to be provided upon request.
• Special occasion permit for alcohol is the responsibility of the renter. Proof of SOP due upon request.
• Garbage bags are to be tied up and left in the kitchen at the end of the night.
• Decor must not damage walls. Use temporary/removable adhesives or our hanging track system.
