6,500 sq ft of industrial architecture. Floor-to-ceiling windows, polished concrete floors, exposed concrete columns, and natural light create a setting for events, productions, and creative experiences. Located about 15 minutes from downtown Toronto, the venue combines concrete finishes, 14 ft ceilings, and natural light. It works for filming, brand setups, conferences, showcases, and larger private events.
The layout supports both guest experience and production logistics. There's a loading dock, a freight elevator for equipment and set pieces, passenger elevators, and full accessibility across the venue. The open space also works for lighting rigs, truss setups, scenic builds, rehearsals, and large-scale installations.
The venue can host many guests and includes six women's washrooms and six men's washrooms on site. The industrial finish keeps the space open for different event styles, from commercial productions and pop-ups to corporate gatherings and private functions.

• No smoking or vaping anywhere inside the building.
• The freight elevator is shared with other tenants and must be booked in advance for load-in and load-out.
• Respect the space. Leave it in the condition you found it.
• No excessive noise outside of permitted event/shoot hours.
• All load-in/load-out must go through the loading dock and freight elevator unless otherwise arranged.
• No open flames, confetti, glitter, or materials that are difficult to clean without prior approval.
• All events, builds, and productions must be pre-approved and aligned with the booking details.
• Guests and crews must remain within the rented area at all times.
• The renter is responsible for any damage to the space, elevators, washrooms, or common areas.
