Prices
- 50% deposit required upon signing to secure booking
- $1,000 refundable security deposit required for all rentals

- outside catering is allowed
- alcohol can be served with guest providing SOP for booking
- no outdoor excessive noise past 10pm
- no adult filming
- any damage done to interior/exterior of the space during booking must be fixed or additional fee with be incurred
