This is a 23,000 sq ft industrial space in Etobicoke, about 15 minutes from Toronto. It’s set up for larger productions and events, with an open layout you can shape around your setup.
It works well for film and TV shoots, commercial work, brand activations, corporate events, and big private gatherings — especially if you need space to build things out properly.
The ceilings are high enough for lighting rigs and larger installs, and access is straightforward with a loading dock and freight elevator for equipment. There are also passenger elevators, so it’s easy for guests to move through the space. Overall, it’s a practical, large-scale venue that’s easy to work in for both production and events.
