General venue operation and event hosting guidelines

  • Weddings must be postponed unless there are compassionate reasons to hold a wedding such as for end-of-life reasons
  • If you are getting married, only five people can attend your wedding – you and your partner, two witnesses and the celebrant
  • Cafes and restaurants can open for takeaway and delivery only. No sit-down meals or drinks are allowed
  • Pubs, bars, clubs and nightclubs can offer takeaway or home delivery of food and alcohol
  • Dancefloors remain closed
