Tucked away in a secret corner of Sydney’s northern beaches lies La Villa. Created by Rosie Zofrea of Inside Out Real Estate Styling, the creative space available for hire proudly stands at the frontier of the latest influence for property and interiors; the dreamy Mediterranean.
In a move away from the usual white-on-concrete look La Villa boasts an abundance of north-facing light, high ceiling, marble features, textured walls, arched nooks and doorways and a cobblestone (crazy pace travertine) floor reminiscent of an Italian laneway. It’s a place to escape, enjoy an espresso and bring your creative ideas to life from workshops, private events, photoshoots, office space or wellness classes. All with a whole warehouse of quality brand, latest season furnishings right at hand. (For an additional fee)
The creation of La Villa signals a new design trend in escapism, inspired by Covid lockdowns and the closure of international borders.
Rosie said La Villa was a place where possibility can become reality.”Considering we can’t easily escape to the beautiful cobblestone streets of Italy right now, La Villa is pretty good alternative,” she said.
“It’s for people to want to escape while working, and feel like you’re escaping to another place.
“I just wanted to create a different type of creative studio where people can express themselves differently, not just the same old warehouse studio.”
