The creation of La Villa signals a new design trend in escapism, inspired by Covid lockdowns and the closure of international borders.

Rosie said La Villa was a place where possibility can become reality.”Considering we can’t easily escape to the beautiful cobblestone streets of Italy right now, La Villa is pretty good alternative,” she said.

“It’s for people to want to escape while working, and feel like you’re escaping to another place.

“I just wanted to create a different type of creative studio where people can express themselves differently, not just the same old warehouse studio.”
