About Kaiza Izakaya
Kaiza Izakaya makes its mark on the bustling eating precinct of Enmore Rd.
The restaurant was opened by Chef Jason Nguyen of Chuuka fame. From watching his Dad cook traditional Vietnamese dishes and his Japanese culinary education, he has envisioned a way to marry the two cuisines together. The kitchen is a replica of a traditional Southeast Asian family home, lined with the smoking hot binchotan charcoal grill and piping hot woks.
Kaiza is your home away from home. Enjoy your next special occasion with friends and family in our unparalleled space.
