• Food and beverages must be arranged with The Booth in advance. Please discuss any external food or catering with us before booking.
• No smoking or vaping inside the venue.
• Decorations are welcome, but nothing may be nailed, screwed, drilled or permanently attached to walls, windows, furniture or fixtures.
• Confetti, glitter and open flames are not permitted. Birthday candles are permitted with prior approval.
• Furniture may only be rearranged with prior approval and must not block entrances, exits or walkways.
• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the venue, furniture, equipment or fixtures during the event.
• Please respect our neighbours when entering and leaving the venue. Excessive noise is not permitted.
• Event setup and pack-down must take place within the agreed booking period unless arranged with The Booth in advance.
• Final guest numbers and any catering requirements must be confirmed in advance.
