About this space

Dispensary 1908 Cafe & Bar is a café and bar defined by a retained period interior and a compact, service-led layout centred on a timber counter.

Design: The interior pairs warm timber finishes and a prominent service counter with black-and-white tiled flooring, painted white walls and simple pendant lights. Large windows supply steady natural light and the plan reads as compact and approachable.

Features: A fixed timber service counter and bar area provide coffee and drinks service. The venue includes air conditioning and guest Wi‑Fi. The venue has step-free guest access and is wheelchair accessible.

Ideal for: Small groups seeking a relaxed, social standing reception or an informal seated meal in a compact, characterful setting.

What sets it apart: An in-house PA system and the option to bring your own DJ allow music-led hires, subject to the venue's noise restrictions.

What guests say: The venue presents a pastoral, old-fashioned interior and a generally pleasant atmosphere. The space hosts live music nights and is supported by friendly, attentive staff.
