Studio Rules
- Respect the space, furniture, and props.
- Avoid dragging furniture to prevent floor damage.
- Return all items to their original layout after use.
- Failure to clean up and return furniture will result in a fee.
Damages
- You are responsible for repair or replacement costs for any broken, stained, or ripped items.
- Loading/unloading should be done within your booking time.
- 5 minute grace period is allowed after your booking session, any overtime will be charged a fee.

At House of Creators, we organize a variety of events, making it the perfect venue for different occasions. These include photoshoots and film productions, art exhibitions and gallery showings, product launches and fashion shows, workshops and creative classes, networking events, and business gatherings, as well as pop-up shops and marketplaces.
Our venue comfortably accommodates 30 to 50 people in a standing capacity. In addition, we offer the convenience of free parking, as we are located right in front of Penshurst Parking. Moreover, our location is easily accessible, being just a 3-minute walk from Penshurst Station.
