About this space
TAP Gallery is an open-policy, nonselective exhibition space providing artists with the freedom of exhibiting without the rigmarole of C.V. and portfolio appraisal.
It can also be a stepping stone for emerging artists into a commercial gallery. Many artists have firstly exhibited here then moved on to commercial galleries stable.
There have also been many established artists exhibiting who prefer the freedom of their own curatorial with an open-policy gallery such as the TAP.
TAP Gallery also runs drawing & painting classes with the live nude model. Groups of 10 or more can book their own event for birthdays, corporate networks & hens parties.

TAP Gallery holds Art Exhibitions, Film, Dance & Music Performances, Drawing classes, Hens Nights, Art Prizes, Book launches, Corporate functions, Weddings, Fashion shows and shoots as well as many other events both in and outside of the gallery. One of the most popular events at TAP Gallery are Painting the Nude on Friday Night which is on every week. It is a class where all equipment is supplied and tuition. You can also hire the venue for a painting class on another night if you have a your own group.
