Great layout with indoor and outdoor space, good atmosphere, and a convenient location. The bar setup was efficient and worked well for a larger group.
Lighting could be dimmed more to create a better party atmosphere. Also, better control of the bar tab would help for example, limiting drinks per person, as some guests were taking multiple drinks at once.

We had a wonderful time at our Christmas party. Communication with Andrea, the event manager, was extremely helpful and efficient, and on the day, the team did a fantastic job. The food and the atmosphere were excellent, it’s a wonderful venue to celebrate.

Andrew was quick to respond and professional in his approach
Once I signed up, Andrew refused to talk on the phone. Whilst I understand Andrew’s motivation and desire to have everything in writing, I had to make many decisions and not having the ability to have a conversation was very frustrating and resulted in my view with unnecessarily way too much food that was left over

FAQ

Yes. The Hotel’s playlist runs automatically in all function spaces unless an alternate music source is selected; wall plates are available for connecting a personal device at no charge, and the Rooftop has an AV laptop for logging into a personal Spotify account without charge. DJs must provide all required equipment, including speakers and lighting; the venue provides a table and power, and can recommend or book a regular DJ subject to availability. Bands are welcome on the Rooftop, with trios recommended to retain space for dancing and help moderate volume levels if required.

Yes, a wireless microphone is available for speeches at no charge.

Yes. The space is perfectly suited for a DJ and dancing set-up in the indoor section, which flows onto the terrace mingle space via the bifold doors.

No. Bands, DJs and the dance floor are set up in the inside area facing the Terrace, allowing music to flow onto the terrace while keeping the terrace bar area available for food, drink service and mingling.
