The Pyrmont Bay room was a great venue for our training course, with plenty of natural light, space, and a good quality screen. The catering was excellent, and was a highlight of the venue for participants. Location is convenient to transport, and the team members who helped us on site were good. A standout was Chris, who helped us on the second day of our venue hire. His customer service and attention to detail was exceptionally good.
The 'Clickshare' system for casting to tv doesn't work well for videos, due to a lag, and doesn't always work easily with Mac laptops. We didn't realise there was an HDMI input until after we struggled with clickshare for quite some time. The HDMI worked well once we located it.
