An outstanding venue made even better by an exceptional team who truly looked after us. Every request was handled effortlessly and always with a warm, friendly attitude. Across the full three days of conferencing, everything ran seamlessly without a single disruption. The catering was equally impressive — a fantastic variety of delicious food, with all dietary requirements thoughtfully and carefully accommodated. What really stood out was the team’s willingness to go above and beyond, particularly when it came to last-minute requests and unexpected assistance. Nothing was ever too much trouble. A genuinely professional and attentive experience from start to finish.
While the overall experience was positive, the catering quantities didn’t quite match the number of attendees. A little more food at both morning tea and lunch would have ensured everyone was comfortably catered for. Additionally, we needed to arrange external AV support, as the conference room did not have built-in speakers or adequate sound equipment. Having an in-room sound system available would greatly enhance the convenience and overall conference experience.
