Andy was very easy to work with; he answered any questions I had with a great level of detail and within a reasonable time frame. During my event, the catering was delicious and exactly what I ordered. The bartenders and Manager were attentive and always available during my event. Overall, would highly recommend the PBH for any future events.

Yes. Clients can play their own music, and the volume can be adjusted to suit the room environment. The manager hosting the event will monitor the volume because it is a shared floor space.
Yes, a wireless microphone is available for speeches at no charge. Guests can let staff know if they would like the music volume adjusted.
Yes, of course; there is no problem creating a dance floor. You can either arrange a DJ or connect a phone/device to the wall plate and run a playlist.
Bands are on the ground floor at the other end of the hotel and down a level.
