Great venue. Lots of things to do for guests and its a really unique space. There was video games, arcade games, and pool. I was a bit jealous that my guests got to have so much fun while I was busy hosting. Also a very good and accessible location. My guests loved the cocktail drinks and the very unique looking cocktail menu. Bonus points too for having our own private bathrooms. It was great. My guests also loved the food. It added to the vibe and made it more special.
I think I would've liked more clarity around costs. It was just a little confusing at times for both parties. One thing that stressed me out was random patrons from Fortress who snuck in. That can happen anywhere and its such a big and attractive space. But it happened a few times and I think I heard some random people started using our pool table before leaving. So I think it would have made more sense for security to just watch the door rather than patrol inside.

Yes, clients may bring a DJ, but the DJ must have a current, registered ABN. Their full details must be provided before they are secured so the venue can confirm that the equipment is suitable and that they are suitable to play in the venue.

Yes, speakers and a sound system are available, so guests are welcome to play their own music.

Yes. Guests needing to pop outside for a cigarette must take the Fortress stairs down from 2315 and exit through Fortress Sydney's front entrance on Level Two, then take the lift or escalator to the ground level of Central Park Mall to find an appropriate location. It does not take too long, and it is good exercise.

The organiser must pay any shortfall within 24 hours after the event.
