- Thursday: $4,000 (dinner service)
- Friday: $3,000 (11 am–4 pm) / $6,000 (5 pm–midnight)
- Saturday: $4,000 (11 am–4 pm) / $8,000 (dinner service)
- Sunday: $3,000 (11 am–4 pm) / $5,000 (dinner service)

The Vault – Private Booking & Venue Policy:
Minimum Spend & Payment
Any agreed minimum spend applies to food and beverages during the booking period. If the minimum is not reached, the difference may be charged as a venue hire fee. Deposits may be required to secure a booking.
Cancellations
Cancellation terms will be confirmed at the time of booking. Deposits may be non-refundable for late cancellations or where costs have already been incurred.
Responsible Service of Alcohol
The Vault complies with NSW RSA laws. Staff may refuse service to intoxicated, aggressive or inappropriate guests. No external alcohol is permitted.
Smoking & Vaping
Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the venue and must only take place in designated areas.
Breakages & Damage
Normal accidental glassware breakage will be treated reasonably. Excessive breakage, deliberate damage, or damage to furniture, equipment, décor or the venue may be charged to the organiser.
Behaviour
Aggressive, abusive, unsafe or discriminatory behaviour will not be tolerated. Management may remove guests where necessary.
Minors
Minors must remain under responsible adult supervision and comply with NSW liquor licensing requirements.
Food & Drinks
External food and beverages are not permitted unless approved in advance. Celebration cakes may be allowed with prior approval.
Decorations
Decorations require approval. No nails, screws, glitter, confetti, open flames or anything that may damage the venue.
Noise & Entertainment
External DJs, musicians or suppliers require prior approval. Management retains control over music volume and noise levels.
Cleaning
Normal cleaning is included. Excessive cleaning or damage may incur additional charges.
Personal Property
Guests are responsible for their belongings. The Vault accepts no responsibility for lost or damaged property.
Management reserves the right to make reasonable decisions to protect guest safety, staff, licensing compliance and the venue.
