Fate Space is West End's natural light photography studio for hire. Our 200sqm space features both natural and controlled lighting options, split-level and an eclectic mix of vintage and modern furniture.

10 minutes from Brisbane City & in the heart of West End (Vulture St) we're open by appointment every day and happy to accommodate shoots after hours.

Included Photo-Equipment:
All bookings come with included basic available lighting. Our studio has some necessary photographic accessories: We have 2x Polyboards, Clamps, Extensions leads, Powerboards, C-Stands, Sand-Bags, basic gels, Steamer, Garment Racks, Hangers, Tables.
Furnishing:
- All furniture and props: 15-20x chair pieces [an eclectic mix of stools, chairs, couches).
- 2x square fold out tables (90cmX90m)
- 1x medium fold out table
- 2x low coffee glass coffee tables with marble base
- 1x stainless steel wire rolling bench
- 1x small rectangle rolling work-bench. (30cm X 50cm)
- 1x Moveable wall with 2-sided rotating colour choice (Current colours are: Dusty Pink & Patchy Grey)

Host rules
General Rules:
- Please use lock-box to enter and exit.
- The studio is self-contained and self-access, please follow our guidlines emailed to you upon booking.
- Please be careful of the heavy double-hinged glass doors upon / exit & entry - we cannot take responsibility of careless use of doors. Please leave open until all your team has arrived, this can be closed once your shoot has commenced.
- No smoking inside / Vaping ok.
- Drinks to be consumed inside only.
- No Glass permitted.
- All rubbish/decor/external materials brought in must be taken out at the end of booking. You are responsible for all external materials brought into the space.
- Please account for the time it takes to set up and pack down.
- Please be mindful of our neighbours when entering and exiting the premises.

Welcome to our unique venue, located in the heart of West End! A beautiful and versatile space with an eclectic mix of furniture that's perfect for your next photoshoot or event. Create a comfortable and intimate ambiance for your guests with our split-level space. With ample room for your team, this spacious location boasts all amenities, including air conditioning and car parking.
Our 200sqm multi-functional space features a front studio with natural light, ideal for photoshoots, pop-up stores & brand showings, and a back studio perfect for shooting with strobes, hosting an event or workshop.
Our lovely studio manager is always on hand to help with set-up, lighting tips and ensuring your event is a success. We pride ourselves on our flexibility and problem solving attributes, making us the ideal venue for your next event.
Plus, with some of the West End's best coffee shops and bars next door, there's no better location to impress your guests. It's Fate you found us!
