Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day
Cancellations 30 days in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations 30 days to 7 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations for events starting within 7 days are non-refundable.
Event date of a confirmed booking can be changed to another date within 3 months from the original date, at no cost.

Catering fell through but that’s not the venues fault
Amazing service from start to finish, Mick was excellent with communication and helping me with ideas for my party. The staff were lovely and helpful, we will definitely be back for another event!
The mix bar is a great place to enjoy a night out with friends. The staff are attentive and knowledgeable, and they make sure you have everything you need to enjoy your night. The venue manager, Mick Brown, is a great guy who always goes above and beyond to make sure his guests are happy. I would highly recommend the mix bar to anyone looking for a great time.
Pleasure to work with. Accomodating and affordable. Beautiful venue in the heart of Wooloongabba. Cannot recommend enough to others looking to host an event. Can't wait to book it again!
