We loved this venue. For a semi-private setting, it felt intimate for our group. The food was excellent, the service was great and the response from the whole customer service team was professional and helpful. Would absolutely book again!
Organising our event was a great experience. Cara and Ellesse were incredibly helpful, responsive, and made the entire process seamless. On the day, I was impressed to arrive and see the chef sweeping the area to ensure it was clean and tidy—such a thoughtful touch. He was fantastic throughout the event: answering questions, putting together a gluten-free plate for my friend, and making sure everything ran smoothly. The food was fresh and delicious, and his kind, attentive approach really stood out.
Dorothea was amazing to liaise with in booking our function. She was very professional and responded timely to all queries. The onsite staff the day provided exceptional customer service. Highly recommend Industry Beans for your next private event. :)
