Great communication and the centre staff were lovely and very helpful. The space we used was a great space for the party size.

About esea contemporary

esea contemporary (previously named Centre for Chinese Contemporary Art (CFCCA)) is the UK’s only non-profit art centre specialising in presenting and platforming artists and art practices that identify with and are informed by East and Southeast Asian (ESEA) cultural backgrounds. Our RIBA award-winning city-centre home provides a unique setting for your organisation to host events and entertain clients in the surroundings of our contemporary art exhibitions.

Located in Manchester’s buzzing and creative Northern Quarter district our stylish building is fully accessible and can be flexible to fit your requirements. We have high speed Wi-Fi access and are equipped with projectors and built-in sound systems, as well as any other technical equipment you might need to create a unique experience.

With convenient public transport links and various local car parks (walking times: 2 minutes from Shudehill bus interchange and Metrolink, 5 minutes from Victoria rail station and 10 minutes from Piccadilly rail station), esea contemporary has been the perfect venue for networking events, seminars, meetings, training courses, exhibitions, performances and product launches.

Being within a contemporary art gallery provides a point of difference from other venues and means that your delegates will have something interesting to view during break times.

We have a dedicated team working to support events onsite and we will endeavour to help you have a successful event.
