The aesthetics of the hotel
- no organisation or presentation (when we got there there was nothing in the room apart from tables & chairs) - No bins in the room which made everything messy - We had to continuously ask for things especially water (the absolute basic of things that should of been topped up without question.. we had one load of water a day which I had to ask for) - communication was very poor - nobody told us where anything was or where it was going to be served - very thin walls so could hear the event next door
