Great venue and staff who engaged with us every step of the way and made the process very easy. The venue is clean and just as pictured. We had a great time!!!

Very poor communication
We had an extremely disappointing experience with this venue, its owner Tony, and the manager. We paid a £500 deposit outside the platform in good faith, but the communication that followed was frustrating and unhelpful. The manager was unwilling to accommodate even simple requests and was generally unfriendly throughout our interactions. Despite this, we still tried to make things work and arranged an in-person meeting to establish a better relationship. Unfortunately, our visit made things worse the venue lacked essential DJ equipment (which would have required us to hire additional gear), the manager appeared intoxicated in the middle of the day, and the overall atmosphere was very unprofessional and uncomfortable. Since no contract had been signed, we requested a refund of our deposit. Tony initially agreed but later changed his mind and refused to return the money. We had to file a chargeback with our bank, which was successful because he had no legal right to keep the funds. In our experience, this was a highly untrustworthy and unpleasant interaction. I strongly recommend avoiding this venue, its owner Tony, and its management
