Part of The Kings Suite, James Suite is an event room located in a separate area of the hotel with a dedicated reception and breakout area. Flooded with natural daylight, it is the ideal space for conferences, drinks receptions, wedding dinners, funeral receptions, Christmas and private parties. Our chef can arrange catering for your event, from coffee breaks and working lunches to cocktail parties and banquets.
Standard 60 day with Grace Period
Cancellations within 24 hours after booking confirmation will receive a full refund. This excludes events starting within 48 hours.
Cancellations 60 days in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations 60 days to 30 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations for events starting within 30 days are non-refundable.

Everything was set up when we arrived. There was a team available to help us with the PA system & adding more chairs. Joanna the events manager was the main point of contact leading up to the event and was extremely helpful. They brought the food when we requested it. The manager on duty and his team were committed to assisting us and we’re very helpful. This is a venue I will host an event in again.
The hotel does not permit self catering, however they do offer catering. That is not a major negative but something to consider when booking. We also got an abundance of complimentary sparkling/ still water
Event manager Joanna was extremely helpful and had effective prompt communication with her in the lead up to the event
