I would definitely book again as the room was very airy, the refreshments were topped up regularly, staff were very friendly and helpful (Yvette was lovely and the girl who topped up the refreshments - I didn't get her name). A very positive experience. Please note we only booked half-day and the quote in this review is for the full day which we'd initially queried.
The only observation I would make is that the WiFi is open so some of the attendees were reluctant to use it as not secure. Otherwise the WiFi was really good and fast.
Yvette was very quick to email back and help organise the day The main lunch catering was very nice, good hot food options The team tried to accommodate us with a photographer Excellent location from Kings X
We weren't warned about road construction or offered an alternative room. Appreciate that is out of their control but it was to loud to concentrate and we were hosting training! The room was much smaller than the images suggested and very warm There isn't a bakery, just a small side room with coffee etc which i felt was a bit misleading as the team were expecting snacks and had to go out to buy a few bits
