The venue was fantastic and we loved what they stand for. Communication in the run up to the event was seamless and the team couldn't have done more for us on the day.
We felt that the catering didn't reflect the glossy brochure/descriptions of the canapés provided, particularly with the costs associated for this.
We were impressed with the venue. The staff were friendly and welcoming on arrival. The Agas Harding room was bright and airy, and was an ambient temperature - not too warm in the sun but equally not really cold with the air con. The food was lovely and accommodated for all requirements. Any support that we needed was on hand as quickly as it could be. The only issue that we had was with the laptop in the room and being able to access it to log in to Teams to be able to use the laptop to stream Teams and invite the virtual guests. We were unable to log on to Teams on their laptop which we think was because of a network issue - it would only seem to allow users with a Goldsmiths account to log in to Teams. It meant that we had to use a personal laptop for Teams which was ok, not ideal, but it worked. Otherwise, no complaints and we would look to use the venue again. Other attendees also said they were happy with the venue.

We had some AV difficulties getting our cameras to pick up over the wifi; a technician on hand would have been a help.
