The room was bright, spacious, and well-equipped for our needs. Everything we'd requested was ready on our arrival. The staff were all very friendly, accommodating, and responded quickly to any requests we had on the day. Overall, the space was good value and I'd hire a room here again.
We were limited to only using the venue's catering. While the catering team accommodated our dietary requirements, overall, I think it wasn't of great value for the quality of the food. We had several sandwich options and some flapjacks, tea and coffee. If I used the venue again, I'd like to source our own catering. I would have also liked the venue to have provided re-usable cups and plates, rather than disposables, as this isn't good for the environment.
