About Suite 150
Our spaces are blank canvases that will allow you to easily bring your creative vision to life. They're great for intimate gatherings such as baby showers, birthday parties, pop-up shops, and meetings.
They're elegant loft-style storefronts located inside Art Square with a parking lot directly in front of both spaces. The location is easily accessible from the I-15 off the Charleston exit in The Arts District, just minutes from the Vegas Strip and Downtown Vegas.
We're located in an active area with numerous post-event entertainment options with multiple restaurants, bars, and coffee shops within walking distance.
Depending on your layout, there is seating for up to 40 or standing room for up to 50. Your rental comes with all the necessary amenities you could hope for that are listed below at no extra cost.

Cancellations 60 days in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations 60 days to 30 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations for events starting within 30 days are non-refundable.
