Poor communication
I booked this slot 2 weeks ago. Confirmed the date with my clients as well and the studio canceled the day of my session 1 hour before it was supposed to happen. Communication was not that great. Not to pleased with my experience considering I didn’t even get to fully experience the studio as was told last minute that my slot was canceled.
