Studio Rules & Guidelines
1. Session Area
Stay within your designated space. Keep all equipment, belongings, and guests inside your booking area. The front door must remain closed at all times.
2. Food & Drinks
Allowed only in the kitchen. Food or drink in other areas must be pre-approved.
3. Antique Furniture
Do not stand on or place equipment on any antique furniture.
4. Pets
No pets unless approved in advance.
5. Movable Items
Rugs, mirrors, curtains, and artwork can only be moved with prior permission.
6. Arrival Time
Arrive at your booked start time. Early access requires advance setup time booked separately.
7. Wrap-Up
For larger sessions, begin packing up 10–15 minutes before your session ends to avoid overlap with the next group.
8. Overtime
Request overtime at least 30 minutes before your session ends. Extensions must be paid in advance and are subject to availability.
9. Guest Count
Your attendee number must match your booking. Any changes require prior approval.
10. No Smoking
Smoking is not allowed anywhere on or around the property.
11. Parking
Do not block the neighbor’s gate. Vehicles in front of the black gate will be towed.
