About The Pub @ EAV
The Pub @ EAV, set to open later this summer or early fall at 469 Flat Shoals Ave. SE, is a collaboration between owner Kasie Scott, chef Mike LaSage, and former Elder Tree owner Bree Towry, who will serve as general manager. The bar and restaurant will feature a rotating, seasonal, shareable, Ã la carte menu of globally-inspired, creative, and delicious dishes served in a casual setting at an affordable price point. In addition to fostering a sense of community within the restaurant, Scott, LaSage, and Towry aim to support the East Atlanta neighborhood by offering a special menu with a selection of dishes available at cost for guests to purchase for unhoused community members.
