The Security guard was professional, courteous, and friendly. I liked that half of my guest did not show. The place was not as envisioned.
The bar was not stocked, the ran out of ice and did nothing to correct the matter. The bartenders were not friendly. There is no real space for a DJ to setup. The upcharge for bringing food seemed to be just a money grab. Nate was responsive after all. Overall I guess for the space and location, I got what I paid for. The bar issue though was unacceptable. Hardly any liquor selections and then running out of ice.

Nate and CJ were so friendly, responsive and easy to deal with. Rob, who provides their security, is the sweetest guy. We wanted to hold our event on Christmas Eve, and most bars in the city refused, but Nate said yes! Our event was a huge success -- highly recommend working with Nate and Lux Bar!
Be aware that lighting is pretty dim.
