About this space
Main studio area about 800 square feet - an empty canvas. The corner of Columbia Rd NW and Sherman Ave NW is where the space is situated. The front door that looks out on Sherman Ave NW will be the entrance for the participants. The side back door will be opened electronically for the booking guest to gain entry. Plus, on Columbia Rd, there is a side glass door for exit.

Reserved time should include time for setup and cleanup.
Please leave the space in clean, broom-swept condition, cleaning up all spills. We don't charge a cleaning fee to make things more affordable but rely on the collaboration of all of our guests to clean up behind themselves.
-No smoking or candles/flames in the building
-No smoking immediately outside the building, especially marijuana, as the smell moves inside
-Not permitted to tape things to the mirror; we can provide you with Gorilla putty to affix items to the walls
-No loud music after 10pm
-Outside catering is allowed
-Alcohol may be served, but must supply event insurance with alcohol coverage, can typically be purchased online at a cost of around $120. Homeowners and rental insurance also typically will cover one-time events at other locations.
-Staying beyond your reserved time is charged at a rate of time and a half per hour, starting at one minute over, no proration and will result in a poor review.
-Participants for certain events must sign waivers of liability
