All booking start and end times are inclusive of set up and clean up time.
No Smoking or illicit drugs of ANY KIND allowed in home or on Property
Renter agrees to at no time exceed the NUMBER OF PERSONS occupancy limit
Owners reserve the right to enter property at any time
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
