The Production Space is a unique house, located in scenic Queen Anne, with a total area of 4,000 square feet and with 4 floors. The space can be divided into smaller sections, rooms. It is suitable for production and will accommodate large groups.
The lower level of the house has a separate entrance and includes its own washer and dryer, its own full kitchen, full bathroom, dining room / living room / office and 2 bedrooms.
The first level of the main house has an open living space, including a formal living room, dining room, family room, spacious kitchen, half bathroom, coat closet and a large open hallway with benches and storage niches. The kitchen has a farmhouse style sink, 6 burners, refrigerator, coffee maker + coffee, microwave and convection oven.
The second level boasts 3 large bedrooms that can be used for breakout space, and 2 oversized bathrooms.
The 3rd level is a very large, open and bright meeting space with 1 projection screen and 3D HD projector, as well as a 50" TV, and a bar with a small refrigerator and microwave + an oversized guest suite.

We want you to have a relaxing, excellent experience, so in order to safe guard all of our renters and ensure the home stays in excellent condition we have the following rules:
No public events.
All booking start and end times are inclusive of set up and clean up time.
No Smoking or illicit drugs of ANY KIND allowed in home or on Property
Renter agrees to at no time exceed the NUMBER OF PERSONS occupancy limit
Owners reserve the right to enter property at any time
OTHER RULES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Keys must be either given to owner or placed back in lockbox at the end of your rental time.
Catering and Outside Food is Allowed.
Renter is solely responsible for the actions of his/her staff, vendors and guests at all time.
Renter is responsible for any damage to the facility and/or its contents, including loss or damage to artwork, furniture, and accessories as well as home systems and structure.
Any damages caused to any artwork or furnishing will be billed at the full retail value with payment due and payable, without offset or demand, within seven days of the event.
There can be absolutely nothing hung, nailed, or taped to the walls without the permission of home owner. Smoking is not allowed inside the home or on the grounds
The music volume, conversation, and other noise must be reasonable and comply with Seattle City ordinance. Renter agrees to pay any fines which result from violations caused by The Event or the Event’s patrons, guests, vendors, or staff.
The Renter assumes responsibility for attaining the proper permits, if any, to legally hold the Event at the Home
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
