Our Conference Room serves as a Private Meeting facility for up to 10 people and includes a 60-inch monitor with video conferencing technology built in to make hybrid meetings and digital presentations easier than ever.

The space is aesthetically pleasing and with numerous decorations including a painting, the room makes the meetings take place in a pleasant and comfortable atmosphere.

- Outside catering and/or alcohol is allowed.
- Guests are responsible for their own behavior and that of their dependents, children, and guests.
- Guests’ use of additional space or time outside of their reservation will incur additional fees.
- Respect the Sesh Loft, furniture, décor, and facilities.
- Return all furniture and Sesh belongings to their original location.
- Verify none of Sesh's belongings have ended up with your own.
- Clean up messes that may stain or ruin surfaces.
- Empty trash & take to dumpster on Dennis St.
- Turn off lights in event space after your event.
- Verify event space & external doors are locked before you depart.
- You agree and understand that drag or sexually oriented performances are prohibited on Sesh premises until further notice. To better understand the restrictions imposed by SB 12, we recommended further reading the language in the Texas legislation.

location was nice. communication with coordinator was excellent. lots of detail sent ahead of time and pictures were helpful. building was cool and easy to find.
it was a little loud because of the other event going on, but that happens. the other event was for kids/teens and there was a note on a door (visible in the office area) that said, "don't be a dick". Not appropriate if it can be seen by the public, especially with the age groups there that day. The HDMI cord was a little short so we had to step over it. The videos I played, turned up at full blast while connected , will still not very loud. It was still a very good experience.

The space is always ready, clean, and conveniently located. Overall, the facilities are impeccably clean (restrooms and kitchen) and secure.
I use the space on weekends, and sometimes getting access on time can be challenging because there is no one on site.
