A compact, bright studio with standard ceiling height, pale wood-effect wall panelling and a carpeted floor. Natural daylight from side windows provides soft, even illumination across the space.

Room features: On-site backdrops and lighting equipment enable quick scene changes and controlled illumination. The space also provides Wi-Fi, a PA system with speakers, air conditioning and storage for props and wardrobe.

The reschedule fee is 25% of the Renter's total.

You will have up to 7 days before your appointment to change the day/time or reschedule.

You can have access to all studios during your rental time.

The following items are complimentary: backdrops, a backdrop stand, chairs, LED lighting on the wall, and a Bluetooth speaker.

You must provide your own photographer.

There is a $50 charge for overtime into another client’s rental time.

No vaping/smoking is allowed inside the venue.

Non-flammable sources are allowed. Meaning it must come from a fog machine plugged into the wall.

No firecrackers, smoke bombs, etc.
