Luxe Noir Venue offers affordable 6-hour event rentals with convenient daytime and nighttime booking options. Daytime rentals are available from 12 PM–6 PM, and nighttime rentals are available from 7 PM–1 AM.

Host rules

• Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the venue and anywhere outside the building on the property.

• Alcohol is allowed, but security is required for any event where alcohol will be served.

• Do not use thumbtacks or staples on the walls. Painter’s tape is the only adhesive permitted on walls. Guests are responsible for removing all decorations before leaving.

• The renter is responsible for damage to the venue, furniture, or equipment during the event. Damage or cleaning costs beyond the $150 deposit will be charged separately.

• A refundable $150 cleaning and damage deposit is required. It will be refunded within five business days after the event, provided the venue is left clean and there is no damage. Any deductions will be explained to the renter.
