Eden Suite at The Grand UpperRoom is our signature event space, for elegant celebrations, weddings, quinceañeras, showers, milestone birthdays, corporate gatherings, and private events. This open-concept suite offers a polished, modern setting that can be customized to fit your event style, décor vision, and guest experience.
Eden is ideal for events of up to approximately 100 guests, depending on layout and event setup. The suite includes tables and chairs, professional setup and breakdown, black linens, complimentary Wi-Fi, free parking, a sound system, LED TV display, prep kitchen access, and access to beautifully maintained guest amenities.

Host rules
• All guests, vendors, and event participants must comply with venue policies.
• Smoking, vaping, illegal substances, confetti, glitter, open flames, nails, screws, tape, staples, and damaging adhesives are prohibited.
• The client or an approved representative must remain on-site for the entire rental period.
• Setup, event time, breakdown, cleanup, and vendor pickup must take place within the reserved rental time.
• Events that start late must still end at the scheduled end time.
• Attendance may not exceed the venue’s capacity limits.
• Final guest count and any major décor or equipment items must be disclosed in advance.
• Security is required and must be arranged through The Grand UpperRoom.
• Bartenders, servers, wait staff, and other event staffing must be arranged through the venue unless otherwise approved in writing.
• Alcohol may only be served by the venue’s bartender or an approved bartending company.
• Guests are not permitted to self-serve alcohol.
• Shots, alcohol containers on guest tables, serving minors, and serving intoxicated guests are strictly prohibited.
• Vendors must be approved by the venue and may be required to provide insurance documentation or certifications.
• All décor, food, trash, rentals, and personal belongings must be removed by the end of the rental period.
• No garbage may be left inside the venue, outside the building, or in front of or behind the property.
• Guests may not loiter, gather, or consume alcohol outside the venue or in the parking lot.
• Disruptive, unsafe, intoxicated, or disrespectful guests may be removed from the premises.
• The venue reserves the right to stop alcohol service, refuse entry, or end an event due to safety concerns, capacity violations, altercations, or policy violations.
• Additional charges may be assessed for property damage, overtime use, excessive cleaning, trash removal, missing items, or violations of venue policies.
