SERVICE FEES
A 24% service charge and applicable sales tax will be added to all food, beverage, room rental, and audio-visual arrangements.

ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE SERVICE
Purchase of alcoholic beverages/beverage packages requires a bartender. Bartender service requires a three (3) hour minimum and one bartender per 50 guests. Bartender for bar service is $175.00 for the first three (3) hours, $50.00 each additional hour. Texas Alcohol Beverage Commission Policies apply. No alcohol service after midnight.

CLEANING FEE
Glitter, confetti, birdseed, small tossed items, sparklers, bubbles and fog machines are strictly prohibited. The use of tape, wires, tacks, nails, and glue to hang decorations is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with these regulations may incur a cleaning/damage fee of $500.00 or more.
