About this space
We offer classes in pole dance and fitness, exotic dance, Lyra hoop, flexibility and conditioning for students of all ages 18+, experience, and fitness levels ranging from beginner to advanced. We even offer one-on-one private training sessions from our award-winning instructors, and shared training time for our students to prepare for performances, competition, or simply practice.
We also pride ourselves on being excellent party hostesses. No matter the occasion– bachelorette, birthday, ladies’ night out– EFS has you covered for an unforgettable party experience.

WHAT TO WEAR
Please wear workout clothes that you feel comfortable and sexy in (shorts or leggings, sports bra, tank top). We love it when groups get creative with outfits or matching tops– feel free to let your creative side out on the floor and in your wardrobe!
