- Outside catering is allowed

- No events unless approved with specifics by owner
- No Hookahs (Fire hazard)
- Do NOT block neighbors on Racine; additional guests MUST park off of Gordon Terrace
- Be transparent; let the owner know if any additional parties not listed on the guest list will be visiting the space
- Do not adjust or tamper with the windows (let the owner know if you have an issue)
- This is a punctual business; start on time and leave the space on time
