Capacity & logistics: comfortable seating for 50 guests and room for up to 100 standing; 40+ dedicated on-site parking spots; and a separate customer entrance plus a dedicated backdoor load-in/out ramp for caterers, vendors, and equipment.
Amenities: 50 chairs with flexible layout options, 2 clean and fully accessible restrooms, and a prep area for catering setup (no active cooking on site). Outside catering and beverages are completely welcome. A Bluetooth speaker system is on hand to set the vibe, and well-behaved dogs are always welcome.
