About this space
Booking this space gives you private use of our entire 1,300-square-foot contemporary studio in Atlanta’s historic Grant Park neighborhood. The flexible open layout can be arranged to complement your vision and accommodate up to 100 guests.
The space is ideal for birthday celebrations, baby and bridal showers, private dinners, networking mixers, workshops, classes, pop-ups, brand activations, corporate gatherings, photo shoots, video productions, podcasts, interviews, and content creation.
Your rental includes access to the main studio, seven styled photography and content areas, an outdoor terrace, full kitchen, Wi-Fi, and available street and rear parking. The layout works well for seated events, cocktail-style gatherings, classroom arrangements, creative sets, and production needs.
Outside catering and prepared food are welcome. Cooking requires prior approval and an additional fee. Optional services may include professional photography, hair and makeup, creative direction, and bar setup with bartender service. Alcohol requires advance approval, and additional fees apply.

Host rules
• Booking time includes setup, decorating, breakdown, and removal of personal items. All guests must exit by the scheduled end time. Extensions require prior approval.
• The approved guest count must be followed. The renter is responsible for the conduct of all attendees.
• Outside catering and prepared food are permitted. Cooking requires prior approval and an additional fee. Cooking plans and equipment must be disclosed in advance.
• Alcohol requires prior approval. Additional fees apply for either BYO alcohol or a bar setup with bartender service. Alcohol consumption is limited to guests age 21 or older.
• No indoor smoking. Smoking is permitted only on the designated outdoor balcony. The property is 420-friendly with prior approval, and an additional fee applies.
• Music and amplified sound are allowed at responsible levels. Excessive noise or disruptive behavior affecting neighboring businesses is prohibited.
• Return furniture and equipment to their original locations. Glitter, confetti, nails, screws, staples, and anything that may damage the walls or property are prohibited. Damage charges may apply.
• Remove all decorations, food, personal items, and trash before leaving. Trash must be placed in the dumpsters at the rear of the parking lot on the left.
• No open flames without prior approval. Children must remain under adult supervision.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
