This theatre accommodates up to 1,200 standing guests or around 400 in a seated layout, making it suitable for concerts, conferences, award ceremonies, product launches, screenings, comedy shows, company events, and large private celebrations. The venue includes a stage, professional lighting, sound and projection systems, balcony seating, multiple bars, a private lounge, a green room, and marquee signage on Roswell Road.
Managed by D.I.Why? Events & Consulting, the venue offers planning support along with staffing, catering, bar service, entertainment, production, security, and transportation. Paid on-site parking is also available.

Host rules
• No smoking or vaping inside the theatre — designated outdoor areas only.
• All catering and bar service is provided in-house or arranged through D.I.Why? Events & Consulting. Outside food and beverage is not permitted without prior written approval.
• Valid photo ID is required for alcohol service. All guests are subject to security screening on entry. Alcohol service ends at 2:00 am.
• Rigging, staging, set builds and any structural install must be approved in advance and carried out by approved crew. Nothing may be nailed, taped, screwed or adhered to walls, floors, ceilings, seating or historic fixtures. No confetti, glitter, sparklers or open flame without prior written approval.
• Load-in, setup, breakdown and load-out must all take place within the contracted rental window.
• The licensed capacity of the theatre may not be exceeded under any circumstances, and aisles and exits must remain clear at all times.
• Amplified sound must comply with the venue's licence and local noise ordinances.
• Any damage to the theatre, seating, fixtures, equipment or furnishings will be charged to the client.
• The client is responsible for the conduct of their guests, vendors and contractors for the duration of the booking.
